Video processing pipelines are a huge topic; there are many cameras, protocols, processors and processes. When building a video pipeline, it is hard to know which Open Source (OS) pieces can be used, and which closed-source pieces have to be used. This talk surveys the landscape, and recommends when to use what. Particular attention is paid to OS components, and to freely available protocols. This is far too large a topic for a 30 minute talk, but there will be time for questions. You can read a lot more on the topic on this wiki.

After the technical presentation, another NGO will drop by and invite us to their Valentine's day party.

We will then have a brief discussion about how to organize future meetups.

Space is limited, so please sign up by logging in with Github, and then registering. You are welcome to also give a presentation or a lightening talk.
